1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LeadRoute ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LeadRoute is a lead distribution platform that enables directory owners to capture, manage, and distribute leads to service providers. The Service includes lead capture forms, lead management tools, payment processing, and related features.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Account Types: LeadRoute offers two account types: Directory Owners (who create directories and manage leads) and Members (service providers who receive and purchase leads).

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Directory Owner Responsibilities

•Ensure lead capture forms comply with applicable laws and regulations
•Obtain necessary consents from individuals submitting lead information
•Set fair and transparent pricing for leads
•Manage member access and permissions appropriately
•Process refund requests in accordance with your stated policies

5. Member Responsibilities

•Respond to leads promptly and professionally
•Use lead information only for the intended purpose of providing services
•Maintain sufficient wallet balance for lead purchases
•Report lead outcomes honestly
•Not share or resell lead information

6. Payments and Billing

Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Stripe. By using the Service, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Platform Fees: LeadRoute charges a platform fee on transactions. Current fee structures are displayed in your account dashboard.

Refunds: Refund policies are set by individual directory owners. LeadRoute facilitates but does not guarantee refunds.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

•Violate any applicable laws or regulations
•Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
•Collect or harvest user data without consent
•Interfere with the Service's operation or security
•Create fake leads or manipulate the system
•Resell or redistribute lead data

8. Intellectual Property

LeadRoute and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LeadRoute and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

LeadRoute is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
