Understand how LeadRoute scores and grades leads.

LeadRoute uses AI to score leads and help you prioritize the most valuable opportunities.

Quality score

Each lead receives a score from 1-100 based on:

  • Contact validity - Email and phone verification
  • Completeness - All required fields filled
  • Intent signals - Urgency, budget, timeline
  • Fraud detection - Spam and bot filtering

Lead grades

  • A Grade (80-100) - High quality, likely to convert
  • B Grade (60-79) - Good quality, worth pursuing
  • C Grade (40-59) - Average quality
  • D Grade (below 40) - Low quality, may need review

Verification checks

  • Email - Valid format, deliverable, not disposable
  • Phone - Valid format, carrier lookup
  • Address - Real location verification
  • Duplicate - Check against recent leads

Quality filtering

Optionally auto-reject leads below a quality threshold. Set your minimum acceptable score in directory settings.
