Manage member approval workflows and account statuses.

Member statuses
- Pending - Awaiting your approval
- Invited - Approved, invitation sent
- Active - Receiving leads
- Paused - Temporarily not receiving leads
- Removed - No longer in directory
Approval workflow
- New member signs up or is imported
- You review their application
- Approve or reject the member
- Approved members receive invitation
- Member sets up account and becomes active
Auto-approval
Enable auto-approval in directory settings to skip manual review. New members will immediately receive invitations.
Pausing members
Pause a member to temporarily stop sending them leads. Useful for members on vacation or with capacity issues.
