CSV Upload

Import members in bulk using a CSV file.

CSV upload is the fastest way to import multiple members at once. Upload a spreadsheet with your member data and LeadRoute will handle the rest.

CSV format

Your CSV file should include these columns:

email,name,phone,company,category,location
john@plumber.com,John Smith,555-1234,Smith Plumbing,plumbing,Los Angeles
jane@electric.com,Jane Doe,555-5678,Doe Electric,electrical,San Diego

Required fields

  • email - Member's email address (required)
  • name - Full name or contact name

Optional fields

  • phone - Phone number
  • company - Business name
  • category - Service category (must match your directory categories)
  • location - City, state, or zip code

How to upload

  1. Go to Members → Import
  2. Select CSV Upload
  3. Drag and drop your file or click to browse
  4. Map columns to LeadRoute fields
  5. Review and confirm import

After import

Imported members will receive an invitation email to set up their LeadRoute account. They can start receiving leads once they accept the invitation.
