- View the lead preview in your dashboard
- Decide if it's a good fit for your business
- Click Claim Lead
- Confirm the purchase (if paid)
- View full contact details
Claim cost
Lead prices are set by the directory owner:
- Free leads - Claim at no cost
- Paid leads - Deducted from your wallet
Exclusive vs shared leads
- Exclusive - Only you receive this lead
- Shared - Multiple members can claim (first wins)
After claiming
- Contact the customer within 1-2 hours
- Introduce yourself and your services
- Schedule a consultation or provide a quote
- Report the outcome in LeadRoute
