Lead Outcomes

Report what happened after you contacted the lead.

Reporting outcomes helps directory owners improve lead quality and may make you eligible for refunds on bad leads.

Outcome types

  • Won - Customer hired you
  • Lost - Customer chose someone else
  • No response - Couldn't reach customer
  • Invalid - Bad contact info
  • Pending - Still working on it

How to report an outcome

  1. Go to Leads → select a lead
  2. Click Report Outcome
  3. Select the outcome type
  4. Add optional notes
  5. Submit

Invalid leads

Mark a lead as invalid if:

  • Email bounces
  • Phone number doesn't work
  • Wrong person/spam
  • Duplicate lead

Refund eligibility

Invalid leads may be eligible for refunds. Report within 72 hours and provide evidence of the issue.
