Lead Outcomes
Report what happened after you contacted the lead.
Reporting outcomes helps directory owners improve lead quality and may make you eligible for refunds on bad leads.
Outcome types
- Won - Customer hired you
- Lost - Customer chose someone else
- No response - Couldn't reach customer
- Invalid - Bad contact info
- Pending - Still working on it
How to report an outcome
- Go to Leads → select a lead
- Click Report Outcome
- Select the outcome type
- Add optional notes
- Submit
Invalid leads
Mark a lead as invalid if:
- Email bounces
- Phone number doesn't work
- Wrong person/spam
- Duplicate lead
Refund eligibility
Invalid leads may be eligible for refunds. Report within 72 hours and provide evidence of the issue.
