Refund Requests

Request refunds for invalid or low-quality leads.

If you receive an invalid lead, you may be eligible for a full refund. Here's how the process works.

Refund eligibility

Refunds are available when:

  • Contact info is invalid (email bounces, wrong number)
  • Lead is spam or fake
  • Duplicate of a previous lead
  • Completely wrong service/location

Not eligible for refund

  • Customer doesn't respond (they may be busy)
  • Customer chose another provider
  • You waited too long to contact
  • Lead was low budget

Requesting a refund

  1. Go to the lead in question
  2. Click Request Refund
  3. Select the reason
  4. Provide evidence (screenshots, bounce messages)
  5. Submit within 72 hours of claiming

Review process

Refund requests are reviewed within 24-48 hours. Approved refunds are credited to your wallet immediately.
