Category Match
Match leads to members based on service category.
Category matching routes leads to members who provide the requested service type.
How it works
- Lead selects a service category on the form
- LeadRoute finds members with that category
- Lead is distributed to matching members
Setting up category matching
- Define categories in Directory Settings
- Ensure members have categories assigned
- Add a category field to your lead form
- Enable Category Match distribution
Multiple categories
Members can belong to multiple categories. If a lead matches multiple members, the secondary distribution rule applies (round-robin by default).
No matching members
Configure fallback behavior when no members match the category:
- Send to owner
- Send to all members
- Queue for manual assignment
