Location Match

Match leads to members based on service area.

Location matching routes leads to members who serve the lead's area.

How it works

  1. Lead enters their location (zip, city, or state)
  2. LeadRoute finds members serving that area
  3. Lead is distributed to matching members

Location types

  • Zip code - Most precise matching
  • City - Matches members serving that city
  • State - Broader matching
  • Radius - Members within X miles of lead

Member service areas

Members define their service area when joining. They can specify:

  • Specific zip codes or cities
  • Entire states
  • Radius from their office location
  • Nationwide service

Overlapping areas

When multiple members serve the same area, use a secondary rule (round-robin, capacity, or all members) to determine who gets the lead.
