Assignment queue
Unassigned leads appear in your dashboard queue. You'll see:
- Lead details and requirements
- Suggested members based on matching
- Member availability and capacity
- Previous lead history
Bulk assignment
Select multiple leads and assign them to one member at once. Useful for clearing the queue quickly.
