URL Routing

Route leads based on which member page the visitor came from.

URL Routing sends leads to members based on the referring page. Perfect for directories with individual member profile pages.

How it works

  1. Visitor views a member's profile page on your site
  2. Visitor fills out the lead form on that page
  3. Lead is automatically routed to that member

Setting up URL routing

  1. Go to Directory SettingsDistribution
  2. Select URL Routing
  3. Map member URLs to member accounts

URL patterns

yoursite.com/members/john-smith → routes to John Smith
yoursite.com/plumber/123 → routes to member ID 123
yoursite.com?member=jane → routes to Jane

Fallback behavior

If a lead comes from a page without a mapped member, you can configure a fallback: send to owner, use round-robin, or reject.
